Hi! We're Steven, Alex, Madison, Gabriella, Samantha, Cat, Kendall, Jeanette, Joanne, and Taylor, a close-knit, local property management team based right here in Austin. We are a full-service, boutique-style vacation rental management company, focused on serving our local Austin and Highland Lakes communities with one-on-one, personalized Airbnb and Vrbo property management.
We believe in mixing a personal touch with the latest technologies and data-driven strategies to ensure outstanding property performance. We have years of experience in customer relations, marketing, project management, and advertising, so we know exactly how to promote properties and attract high-quality guests.

About Me
I'm Gabriella, the Senior Director of Business Development at Grand Welcome Austin. I was born and raised in Southern NJ and earned my Hospitality degree from the College of Charleston in SC. I've developed a deep passion for this ever-evolving field with six years in the short-term rental industry and fifteen years in the hospitality industry. I find immense satisfaction in helping owners maximize their investments.
What I Love About Austin
I love dining at Lonesome Dove and Red Ash, two restaurants that I always enjoy. And for relaxation, there's nothing better than a day spent at Barton Springs or Lake Travis.
Kendall Harris

About ME
My name is Kendall Harris, General Manager for Grand Welcome Austin. I come with a strong background in leadership and operations management, having spent over 10 years as an officer in the United States Army and managing teams across a variety of industries. I’m passionate about building strong relationships and ensuring our program runs smoothly and successfully for everyone involved.
What I Love About Austin
As a family man, I feel like Austin is the perfect fit for me. This city offers the best of both worlds—plenty of family-friendly activities during the day and exciting options for date nights with my wife or outings with friends. Whether it's renting a kayak and floating down Lady Bird Lake, enjoying a picnic with loved ones at Zilker Park, or hiking Mount Bonnell, Austin has something for everyone.
And of course, during college football season, we're heading downtown to catch a game at DKR Texas Memorial Stadium. At night, we love experiencing live music at iconic venues like ACL Live, Stubb's, or Mohawk. My all-time favorite activity is enjoying a good laugh at Cap City Comedy Club at The Domain.
I'm thrilled to bring my love for this amazing city to my role as the General Manager at Grand Welcome. “Texas Forever!”

Hi there, I'm Jeanette! I am the General Manager Highland Lakes. I grew up spending summers on Lake LBJ, and now I live full-time with my husband in Kingsland. In the early 2000s, I started my vacation rental management business from the ground up in the Lake Travis area. Through hard work and dedication, I quickly established myself as a professional manager with a strong reputation among property owners and repeat clients.
With a tenacious work ethic and a keen eye for detail, I’ve become a highly proficient manager. I take great pride in going above and beyond to provide timely and efficient service. As both a homeowner and income property owner, I understand the challenges and frustrations that vacation rental owners face, and I bring empathy and insight to every situation.
I’m a forward-thinking professional who embraces the latest technology to provide real-time market insights. My deep market knowledge, combined with my passion for marketing, gives me a competitive edge in the industry.

I'm Madison, the Director of Operations at Grand Welcome Austin/Hill Country. Born and raised in Charleston, SC, I graduated with a business degree from the University of South Carolina. My career path has led me through real estate sales and into the short-term rental industry, where I've spent the last three years.
My journey with Grand Welcome began as General Manager in Austin/Hill Country. This hands-on experience has been invaluable, equipping me to better support my teams of General Managers across all our markets. I find immense satisfaction in the dynamic nature of this industry and the opportunities it presents.
What I Love About Austin
Away from work, I treasure time spent with friends and family, whether out on the boat, trying new restaurants, or enjoying concerts. Regarding my favorite things in Austin, I love the vibrant music scene, the beautiful outdoor spaces like Zilker Park and Barton Springs, and the city's unique food culture. There's always something new and exciting to try from BBQ joints to gourmet food trucks. I'm thrilled to bring my passion for these communities to my role at Grand Welcome.

With a decade of customer service experience under my belt, including six years dedicated to building and managing successful teams, I'm all about making every guest feel like they're stepping into their dream home when they stay with us. I've served my country with honor, and now, I'm serving the vibrant community of Austin with my short-term vacation rental business, Grand Welcome Austin. I've always been passionate about promoting the spirit of the live music capital of the world, and through my business, I aim to make every visitor feel right at home.
I'm also actively involved in organizations such as Hospitality Austin, Austin Small Business Association, Austin Short-Term Rental Association, and the Army Aviation Association of America. Hello there, I'm Alex, the proud owner of Grand Welcome Austin. I was born and raised in Easton, PA, and later graduated from Penn State University.
My passion for aviation led me to serve as an Aviation Officer and Helicopter Pilot for nine years. This experience instilled a sense of discipline and commitment that I now apply to my business.
Eventually, my journey brought me to Austin to open Grand Welcome Austin. My wife Kerry, stepdaughter Lana, son Olympiu, and our two dogs make our home a lively and loving place.
Now, I'm dedicated to providing a grand welcome to all visitors of Austin through my short-term vacation rental business. I look forward to welcoming you to our vibrant city!

You'll often find me hiking the trails of Mount Bonnell, exploring the exhibits at the Bullock Museum, or enjoying a meal at one of my favorite local spots, Veracruz All Natural.
